Below is Trump's (aka the 2024 GOP) todo list and my comments as to how I believe it is going to be implemented. (It's all CAPS so, very Trumpy).
The bottom-line is that most of Trump's plan is ideology; it is not anchored in science, facts, or aspiration, but belief. It is unsurprising that Trump needs to rally religious zealots as they are most likely to believe in Orange-Jesus on faith.
1. SEAL THE BORDER, AND STOP THE MIGRANT INVASION
What does that even mean to seal the border? Zero migration? Stop the migrant invasion means he will reduce legal immigration as well, and mortgage America's future which relies on immigrants coming to America and joining its workforce and the American Dream.
2. CARRY OUT THE LARGEST DEPORTATION OPERATION IN AMERICAN HISTORY
They will. Notice; no mention of illegal immigrants here? They will deport
3. END INFLATION, AND MAKE AMERICA AFFORDABLE AGAIN
That is a nonsensical sentence; zero inflation is what happens during recession. Unless that's what he means. If he only means that he wants to make things somewhat better, then he should state the target CPI that would make that pledge being fulfilled. He will not.
4. MAKE AMERICA THE DOMINANT ENERGY PRODUCER IN THE WORLD, BY FAR!
The U.S is already the world's second largest total energy producer (BY FAR!) (China is first), and Biden has kept for the last year on record (2023).

Unless he means dominant as in, the largest energy producer, within a 4 years mandate?
Now, here's how Trump fared during his previous term: total energy produced went up by 4.5% (2017), 8.7% (2018), 5.9% (2019), and -5.7% (2020). If we give him his best year of growth (8,7%) and project to 2028, that's 3,696 Mtoe. Oops, not even close to 4,070 and not even on par with China. And that is with the most optimistic scenario and a loser's definition of 'BY FAR!'.
As such, this goal can only be qualified as total BS; it is clear that Trump has not spent one second to inquire as to whether it was even possible, which should not surprise anyone as it is Trump's standard operating procedure.
5. STOP OUTSOURCING, AND TURN THE UNITED STATES INTO A MANUFACTURING SUPERPOWER
More nonsense; stop all outsourcing? This will generate tons of inflation. Again here, what's the definition of a 'MANUFACTURING SUPERPOWER'? Provided that the U.S is the world's second largest manufacturing economy, is he saying that he wants to pass China?
What he is going to do is simply raise tariffs on imports, which means that Americans will pay more for things that would not make sense to be manufactured in the U.S, thereby raising inflation.
It would be surprising if he did differently and implemented bills such as the CHIPS and Science Act.
6. LARGE TAX CUTS FOR WORKERS, AND NO TAX ON TIPS!
Words.
7. DEFEND OUR CONSTITUTION, OUR BILL OF RIGHTS, AND OUR FUNDAMENTAL FREEDOMS, INCLUDING FREEDOM OF SPEECH, FREEDOM OF RELIGION, AND THE RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS
None of this should be taken seriously from a coup plotter.
8. PREVENT WORLD WAR THREE, RESTORE PEACE IN EUROPE AND IN THE MIDDLE EAST, AND BUILD A GREAT IRON DOME MISSILE DEFENSE SHIELD OVER OUR ENTIRE COUNTRY -- ALL MADE IN AMERICA
Read: Stop support for Ukraine to defend itself from the Russian invasion. Force Ukraine to give-up more territory than what Russia as already illegally invaded. Set a precedent where Europe will no longer have trust in the U.S to have their back when fascists are at their doors.
Furthermore, he will fail at that, making the situation worse in Ukraine and for the free-world.
As for the middle-east, he might try to claim Biden's peace-plan for his own if it does not get signed before the end of the year.
9. END THE WEAPONIZATION OF GOVERNMENT AGAINST THE AMERICAN PEOPLE
This mean he will stop any criminal proceedings against him, and will further damage the separation of powers and the rule-of-law by concentrating powers in the executive.
He will go after his political adversaries as he said he would do. Especially now that he has gotten immunity for illegal private acts that are hidden within official ones.
10. STOP THE MIGRANT CRIME EPIDEMIC, DEMOLISH THE FOREIGN DRUG CARTELS, CRUSH GANG VIOLENCE, AND LOCK UP VIOLENT OFFENDERS
There is no migrant crime epidemic.
Trump has not been able to 'DEMOLISH THE FOREIGN DRUG CARTELS' and 'CRUSH GANG VIOLENCE' in his first mandate, what is he going to do differently?
11. REBUILD OUR CITIES, INCLUDING WASHINGTON DC, MAKING THEM SAFE, CLEAN, AND BEAUTIFUL AGAIN
Words.
12. STRENGTHEN AND MODERNIZE OUR MILITARY, MAKING IT, WITHOUT QUESTION, THE STRONGEST AND MOST POWERFUL IN THE WORLD
Sooooo.... status quo? (As the U.S is by far the strongest military in the world, and is modernizing).
13. KEEP THE U.S. DOLLAR AS THE WORLD’S RESERVE CURRENCY
Keep the moon revolving around the earth.
14. FIGHT FOR AND PROTECT SOCIAL SECURITY AND MEDICARE WITH NO CUTS, INCLUDING NO CHANGES TO THE RETIREMENT AGE
Well, we'll see. At least this is clear. No cut is no cut. But then again, Trump can define that no-cuts means lots-of-cuts. Because who cares about truth...
15. CANCEL THE ELECTRIC VEHICLE MANDATE AND CUT COSTLY AND BURDENSOME REGULATIONS
To achieve what exactly?
16. CUT FEDERAL FUNDING FOR ANY SCHOOL PUSHING CRITICAL RACE THEORY, RADICAL GENDER IDEOLOGY, AND OTHER INAPPROPRIATE RACIAL, SEXUAL, OR POLITICAL CONTENT ON OUR CHILDREN

This is a NON issue except for candidates that will not accept that they are losers and that there is no systemic voter fraud. The only systemic issue with elections is the egregious gerrymandering (which favors Republican candidates).
The ultimate intent of this pledge is to make voting harder, which favors Republicans.
20. UNITE OUR COUNTRY BY BRINGING IT TO NEW AND RECORD LEVELS OF SUCCESS

Throughout the document, blames are being laid targeting other administrations while they have nothing to do with them. Inflation being the main example where it exploded post-Covid-19 as the world's population suddenly could spend where it did not before, supply-chains were not able to keep-up, nor could the work forces. Attributing global inflation to Biden is ludicrous. Yet, Trump will not attribute any responsibility for his handling of Covid-19, another global crisis.
The constant misinformation, lies, and this inability to identify the root cause of issues should make one question the GOP and Trump's ability to come up with solutions.
His disastrous mandate and actions since then should be indication enough that he is unfit to be president.
